Happy Sunday!! I have a special post for you today!
When I first got diagnosed I was so overwhelmed with food. I hated eating because frankly what I was eating was not tasty. Who knew gluten helped make things tasty! Really it doesn’t, it was my taste buds adjusting to new flavors and new combinations of food I would probably never eat unless I had Celiac. So for a the new Celiac, feeling overwhelmed, and not sure what food to buy because you don’t want to waste a lot of money on crap! I have A LOT of pictures of some favorites that are in my house. Be warned it is not all healthy, and I know that, I am not saying I eat all of this stuff everyday but with Celiac disease the luxury of just runnning to the grocery store to pick up whatever might not always be there. I keep my fridge loaded and my cupboards full!
